"Often when you think you're at the end of something, you're at the begining of something else"
We have seen a dramatic shift in culture within the beauty industry. In the past decade, the industry has corrupted to a culture of upselling and trying to convince the customer that they need all these extras to be beautiful. It is our core belief that every single person is beautiful inside and out; we only do what we do to enhance your natural beauty.
Our second belief is that it is our duty and responsibility to give back to the community. So many organizations say they believe in giving back but they only give back to other big organizations. It is our goal to give back to smaller and more local charities.

Our mission at Virtu Orta Is to empower every guest to know and understand that beauty comes from within. No longer do we live in a world obsessed with changing our appearance but enhancing our natural beauty. We strive to create a world where we empower everybody to give back to the community we live in. We also believe that education is key to growing as a person and with each other. We believe that beauty connects and bonds us all and it is our duty to work together to make the world and ourselves better.

Jacob Norman began his career in high school when he was inspired to do theatrical hair and make up for local shows and high school productions. This early inspiration led to a very tenacious career. His first job with a license was a management position with the Regis Corporation.
From Regis Jacob found Aveda, where he became a senior stylist and this is where his love of education began. Working for Aveda inspired Jacob to get better every day, and realize his only competition is himself. He was able to work on New York Fashion week and Bridal Fashion Week in New York. He also started dabbling in editorial styling with his time with Aveda.
Jacob decided to leave Aveda after 4 years for 2 reasons. Reason number 1 was to grow more as a stylist and a person and reason number 2 was to give back to the community that had provided so much to him.
